Patients with IMO were included in our 2023 clinical trial. 58% of patients with IMO only (methane dominant) normalized their breath test numbers after 14 days of mBIOTA Elemental™ and the average maximum methane drop was 45 ppm. Additionally, nearly all the patients responded clinically (had symptoms improve) whether or not their numbers dropped enough to be considered clinically eradicated.
